Roberto is a Registered EAP with EAPASA and holds a Master of Science in Geology from Nelson Mandela University. He has worked as an environmental consultant since 2015 and has diverse knowledge in EIAs and other environmental management services. Roberto has undertaken EIAs for various agricultural, tourism, residential, mixed-use, industrial, renewable energy and services infrastructure developments in the Eastern Cape, Northern Cape and Western Cape Provinces. Roberto has a good understanding of the workings of Government, NGO’s and multifaceted institutions. Roberto is also the full-time Environmental Control Officer for the Coega SEZ and the Port of Ngqura.

Tamara is a Professional Natural Scientist (Earth Science) with SACNASP and a Registered EAP with EAPASA. She holds a Master of Science in Geography from the University of the Witwatersrand. She worked as an onsite environmental control officer in the fishing industry for 4 years after which she joined HLC as a environmental consultant in 2022. Tamara has diverse knowledge in EIAs and other environmental management services and has worked on various EIA projects as the responsible EAP for private clients and government departments. Her passion is agricultural-related projects, but she has been the EAP on various successful residential, municipal, mixed-use and industrial projects. She is also responsible for undertaking  water use licence applications, cultivation permit applications and environmental compliance (ECO). 

Michaela holds a Master of Science in Zoology from Nelson Mandela University and is responsible for undertaking environmental monitoring and compliance (ECO) and auditing projects on behalf of the company. She also has a good understanding in GIS mapping and project management suites that contributes to the variety of skills and abilities within our team.
